April 30, 2021: Coyote Willow’s New EP “Embers” is Here!!

These songs are stories of the human condition, with a Coyote Willow soundtrack.  You’ll find tales of an impassioned youthful encounter that sets the trajectory for the rest of their (separate) lives; of the work to overcome internal ‘scars that leave no trace’;  of consequences of youthful decisions gone awry;  of finding a way out of a dysfunctional relationship; and of finding the light of a soul you’ve known forever in another’s eyes.  We hope that you will enjoy the victories and challenges explored in these songs.

Coyote Willow, an artful duo made up of Tim Coffey and Kat Hilst, is an eclectic combination of rock, blues, folk and contemplative instrumentals based on the sonic chemistry of their soulful voices, and mastery of their instruments. Musically and lyrically, their tunes range from rockabilly to a lyrically-moving folk style, as well as complex instrumentals and even some gypsy jazz.
